Cooking Class: Cooking for Hearty Appetites
There are many unique dishes in macrobiotic cooking. If we categorized these dishes we would come up with two distinct categories. One that is light, uplifting and refreshing like a blanched vegetable salad. The other is more substantial, nourishing and strengthening. Both are needed for balance and satisfaction. This unique class focuses on the second category, delicious to satisfy any healthy appetite.

Warren will lead a fun, thought provoking, interactive lecture and discussion where we look at many ways yin and yang can be seen in our own daily lives.

The modern diet and way of life is a major factor in pre-mature aging. People living a balanced macrobiotic way of life almost universally appear 5-7 years younger than their chronological age.
