If you think there is no flavor or variety in vegan and/or macrobiotic food – prepare to be completely surprised and pleasantly blown away by these menus.  It’s totally possible to enjoy your favorite foods, in a healthier version (& 100% vegan, with no refined sugar). These are tried and true recipes that people I cook for as a personal chef absolutely love.  Empower yourself by learning how to make them.  Your family, friends, and of course, your body will thank you.
