Vegan Mexican Pop-Up Dinner by Chef Leslie Ashburn

3 seating times: 6:00 pm, 7:00 pm, and 8:00 pm

March 25th, in celebration of Meatless Mondays

Menu:

Black Bean Soup $4.50

Pinto Bean Burrito with Mole Sauce $28 (pinto beans, brown rice, vegetables, cashew “cheese”, salsa, & Xoconusco Mole Sauce (with chocolate sourced from Madre Chocolate in Kailua). Served with MA’O Organic Farms Sassy Salad Mix

Nat & Dave said, “We source the cacao from a co-op of traditional farmers in Xoconusco, Chiapas, MX. The intense, complex flavor of the Xoconusco cacao is ideal for moles.”
